OLO Chair

$0.00

DESCRIPTION

Designed by Francesco Rota

It is a pleasure to remove any sharpness, even where there is a fold in the design, since softness always wins. The stackable OLO chair, round and generous right from the vowel sounds of its name, offers extreme comfort and sturdiness in the large dimensions of the seat and the rounded shape of the backrest. It recalls a look of the 1950s, elegant timeless design.

Company Overview

Lapalma is one of the Italian furniture manufacturers recognised worldwide. But there’s much more to our design than a simple aesthetic style. Our aptitude is based on many small and large things, some very concrete, others more hidden and intangible but no less important to us. What we think, the values we believe in are what makes us what we have become: a company that is unique in its own way. We will tell you about it here.

DESIGNER

image

Francesco Rota

Francesco Rota is an interior and product designer based in Milan. He was born in 1966, graduated in product design at Art Center College of Design in 1994, La Tour de Peilz (Switzerland), and in 1998 opened his own studio in Milano where he doesn’t limit his work within only one field. The secret to his long-lasting success lies in the wide scope of his interests: product, furniture, lighting, showrooms, offices, residential interiors, events, etc.
